Mulu Hundera has over 15 years of teaching and research experience with a focus on social inclusion, gender, women empowerment, female entrepreneurship, and management. She has carried out several gender analyses, developed gender equality and women empowerment roadmaps for various development projects in developing countries. She has also assisted several gender mainstreaming activities, designed gender policy, and promote women empowerment in higher education and teaching hospitals. In addition, she has engaged in training on topics such as gender equality, women empowerment, gender mainstreaming, female talent development, gender-responsive planning, and gender auditing. Moreover, Mulu has published several articles in high-quality journals in the areas of work-family conflict, gender and social role expectations among female entrepreneurs in developing countries. |
