Inclusive Leadership: Strengthening Personal Skills and Promoting Gender Equality

This executive programme offers a unique two-week journey into the heart of leadership, focusing on both personal leadership skills and the critical issue of gender equality and women empowerment. In the first week, participants will explore the core principles of leadership, a topic of immense relevance in today’s world. This segment will emphasise the importance of developing your personal leadership style and values, combining theoretical concepts with practical exercises to enhance your ability to manage vision, strategy, power, and influence effectively.

The second week shifts focus to gender equality and women empowerment, recognising that true leadership also involves creating an inclusive environment where both women and men can thrive equally. This part of the programme will address the systemic barriers to gender equality and explore strategies to empower women and close the gender gap. By examining issues from strategy and policy to individual agency, participants will gain the tools to promote gender equality within their organisations and beyond.

This programme is designed to be flexible, allowing for adaptation to the specific needs and experiences of the participants, ensuring that the learning is directly applicable to your day-to-day life. Whether you are a man or a woman, this course will equip you with the skills to lead with confidence and the insight to foster a more equitable workplace.
