Mihaela held several executive roles at DHL, Philips and Kuehne Nagel where she focused on driving digital strategy and led multiple transformation programmes. Mihaela is the founder of CreateGrowth360, a consulting agency focused on empowering leaders and companies with the skills and knowledge required to drive digital transformation & innovation in the rapidly evolving technology landscape. As a woman leader, she is passionate about talent development and has extensive experience leading global diverse teams. Adriana Seclaman is a Lecturer at the Maastricht School of Management. Dr. Seclaman holds a PhD in Management from Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu (Romania) and two Master degrees one focused in Science, Technology and Society from Maastricht University and one from Bucharest University of Economics in Business Administration, Management and Operations. She is an alumna of SDA Bocconi School of Management. In her earlier career, Dr. Seclaman worked as a researcher and lecturer at the Romanian American University, her main research interests lay in the fields of Digital Transformation and Business Strategy, and on Strategic Management and Sustainable Development.
