Nuffic scholarships

Scholarships from the Dutch Government are handled through Nuffic via:

1. MENA Scholarship Programme (MSP)
The MSP programme is a similar programme aimed at mid-career professionals from Algeria, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Oman, Tunisia Mauritania and Sudan. The aim of MSP is to contribute to the democratic transition in the participating countries. Furthermore, the MSP aims to contribute to capacity building within a wide range of governmental, nongovernmental and private organisations and institutions in the selected countries. Each MSP country has different priority themes. Please check this page and click on the specific country to find more information about the capacity needs.

MSM Short Executive Programmes

The next MSP applications window will open on 1 April 2025 and closes on 20 May 2025.

PLEASE NOTE: the deadline for submitting your application in the MSM portal is Friday 16 May 2025.
