- As part of the Digital Transformation programme a design thinking workshop will be conducted to provide participants with a hands-on experience in applying innovative problem-solving techniques. Design thinking is a human-centered approach that emphasizes empathy, collaboration, and iterative ideation to tackle complex challenges. During the workshop, participants will be guided through the various stages of the design thinking process, including empathising with the users, defining the problem, generating creative ideas, prototyping solutions, and testing and iterating on those prototypes. They will work in teams, encouraging collaboration and diverse perspectives.

Certificate
Each participant receives a certificate of participation. Each participant receives a certificate of participation.
This certificate is being awarded as evidence of participation in a post-graduate training at indicative level 6 or 7 of the EQF. The minimum study load is 14 hours and an attendance level of 80% is required. This certificate is being awarded in the form of a soft copy when the training is online or a hard copy during a face-to-face training.
