To reach Tapijnkazerne via train, travel to Maastricht Central Station. From there you can take the bus to Tongersetraat which is a 6 minute walk from Tapijnkazerne. You can also choose to walk from the central station, which will take you about 20 minutes.

When traveling by car
We advise you to park at one of the following locations, all at a walking distance of Tapijnkazerne.
Prins Bisschopsingel
If you take the highway to Maastricht, you will probably approach our Tapijn campus crossing the “Kennedy” bridge. If you do, make sure to cross the first intersection with traffic lights at the end of the bridge and take the service road that runs parallel to the “Prins Bisschopsingel” right after the intersection. We advise to park your car in the dedicated parking spaces on that service road. Paid parking spaces are available here for an unlimited amount of time. Maximum costs are € 6,60 per day plus possible service fees in case you use a parking app such as Yellowbrick or Parkmobile. Walking distance to main entrance: 1-2 minutes.
Sint Hubertuslaan
Alternatively, you can park at the “Sint Hubertuslaan” under similar conditions as the “Prins Bisschopsingel”. If you do, make sure to turn right at the first intersection with traffic lights at the end of the “Kennedy” bridge and find a parking space on your left hand (park side). Paid parking spaces are available for an unlimited amount of time. Maximum costs are € 6,60 per day plus possible service fees in case you use a parking app such as Yellowbrick or Parkmobile. Walking distance to main entrance: 2-3 minutes.
Parking Maastricht Stadspark 1
A third option is to park your car on the parking premises of “Maastricht Stadspark 1”. To get there, you need to take the right-hand exit on the “Kennedy” bridge after crossing the river Meuse. At the end of the exit, go straight ahead and find the car park on your left-hand side. Paid parking spaces are available for an unlimited amount of time. Maximum costs are € 6,60 per day. Walking distance to main entrance: 7-8 minutes.
Main entrance Maastricht University
When arriving at the Tapijnkazerne, take the main entrance of Maastricht University and report to the reception.
