  • As part of the Digital Transformation programme a design thinking workshop will be conducted to provide participants with a hands-on experience in applying innovative problem-solving techniques. Design thinking is a human-centered approach that emphasizes empathy, collaboration, and iterative ideation to tackle complex challenges. During the workshop, participants will be guided through the various stages of the design thinking process, including empahising with the users, defining the problem, generating creative ideas, prototyping solutions, and testing and iterating on those prototypes. They will work in teams, encouraging collaboration and diverse perspectives.
