MSM maintains top position in the Eduniversal 4 Palmes of Excellence ranking
MSM retained its first position in the Eduniversal 4 Palmes of Excellence ranking, signifying that MSM classifies as a “Top Business School with significant international influence”.
MSM received the award during the annual Eduniversal World Convention held in Dubrovnik, Croatia, on 16 – 19 October 2018. MSM's Dean a.i. Ms. Kovacs accepted the plaque on behalf of MSM.
Ms. Kovacs was also a panelist in the session called `The right programs of Business Schools for today and tomorrow (curriculum transformation)’, where she talked about the need for MSM’s graduates to develop the so-called transformative skills and competencies. These skills and competencies were recently also presented in an OECD study, The Future of Education and Skills Study (2018). As a higher education institution it is MSM’s responsibility to prepare our students to thrive in today’s volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) world. Ms. Kovacs said: “MSM’s graduates should be able to create new value, take responsibility and lead institutions in a changing environment.”
Ms. Kovacs also lead the parallel group discussions on the topic `Should the curriculum of the Business programs be universal or focusing on the needs of the region?’
MSM’s full-time MBA has been ranked in the top 10 in Western Europe in the 2018 Eduniversal Best Masters Ranking and retained its #2 place in the full-time MBA ranking in the Netherlands, acknowledging the quality and success of the MSM full-time MBA program. The program appears in the Eduniversal Best Masters Ranking since five years and has climbed the listing to the top 10 ever since.
