On Thursday, 21 March 2024 from 15.00 hrs. – 16.00 hrs. (CET), Dr. Vincent Feltkamp, will conduct the online masterclass Strategic Insights: Balancing Big Data from Operations with Smart Data for Customer Understanding.

About the online masterclass

In today's data-driven landscape, organisations are faced with a wealth of information stemming from operational processes and logging of operations, commonly known as big data. However, the true value lies in discerning actionable insights from this vast pool of data.

In this online masterclass, we will unravel the concept of smart data, which is strategically collected to enhance customer understanding and drive meaningful outcomes. By combining big data from operations with smart data for customer insights, attendees will gain a deeper understanding of the nuanced differences and complementary roles they play in organisational success.

Through practical examples and actionable strategies, we will highlight the importance of leveraging big data to optimise operational efficiency. Simultaneously, we will look at how to use smart data to cultivate a deeper understanding of customer behaviours and preferences.

Attendees will leave equipped with the knowledge and tools to strike a balance between these two data paradigms, unlocking the full potential of data resources and driving sustainable growth.

Join us as we embark on a journey to harness the power of strategic insights and propel your organisation towards success!

At the end of the Masterclass, you will also have the opportunity to ask your questions.
