Training on Change Management, Organizational Analysis, and Re-design of Business Processes

MSM organized a one week training in the Netherlands for the Ministry of Finance on the competencies and insights in various aspects of change management, organizational analysis, and re-design of business processes.
The techniques and understanding in the undertaking of change management and process performance improvement were lectured for a selected group of 20 medium level managers of the Ministry. In addition, work visits were organized to the Province of Limburg (on change management) and to the petrochemical company Sabic (on the Flex4All concept).
