Training and Coaching on Business Process Management Approach in the Public Sector Institution

MSM offered, in partnership with senior experts from the Netherlands Court of Audit, a three weeks training in the Netherlands complemented by follow-up in Indonesia to 25 senior core staff members from various Departments of BPK.

The tailor-made training addressed the skills required for performance enhancement, providing essential competencies and exposure to international practice in managing Supreme Audit Institutions. Work visits were organized to the Netherlands National Bank, to SABIC and to the European Court of Audit in Luxembourg.
