Strengthening Linkages between Post-Secundary Education and the Private Sector for more Effective Food Security and Water Management

The overall objective of the project centres on the development of the linkages between the higher educational institutions at the private sector focusing on quality, relevance and gender sensitiveness in order to contribute to sustainable private sector development. LIWA is the linking institution to facilitate this process in Kenya.

As a result LIWA will focus on partnerships between universities and the private sector which will make a difference.

Sustainability of LIWA but also the sustainability of the partnerships between the private sector and the universities will be addressed whereby impact investment is an important instrument.
