Training on Strategic Management issues

On request of Baosteel Head Office in Shanghai, China, MSM delivered a two week custom made training in the Netherlands for 14 high potentials.

This program covered the topics of Strategic Cost Management, Change Management, High Performance Management, and Corporate Brand Management. In addition, work visits were organized to the Head office of Arcelor Mittal In Luxembourg, and to the European Commission (about the European Institutions and the European Steel Industry).
