Strategic Leadership and Management for Senior Police Officers in Rwanda Region

National Police Rwanda asked for a tailor made Strategic Leadership and Management training for 35 senior police officers from Rwanda and the region. The training is part of a master program of Rwanda Police Academy. A career development program for senior police officers in the region. The leadership and management course is a sub-course of the master program. The strategic leadership and management course excise out of three modules. The three modules contain the following main topics; executive leadership skills, business strategic Command and partnership, and strategic professional policing skills.  The general objective is to equip the senior police officers with knowhow and skills to be an effective leader and manager to enhance his or her own performance as well as the general performance of the police organisation.
