The custom made training was designed for senior civil servants from the Ministry of Industries in Bangladesh.

Topics covered during the program included:

Stakeholder Analysis
Problem Analysis
Logframe Matrix
Leadership and Change Management skills and techniques for implementation of the National Quality Policy.

While at MSM in Maastricht work visits have been included as part of the program. The participants visited the Ministry of Infrastructure and Environment and received a presentation on the A2 Highway Tunnel project in Maastricht, 'The Green Carpet'.
