Policy Analysis and Result Based Management

In 2014 and 2015, MSM delivered a tailor-made training to the Institute of Policy Analysis and Research (IPAR), Rwanda. The training focused on individual capacity development; knowledge and skills of individual MINIJUST employees are enhanced. MSM added a component in the training aimed at organizational capacity development. Therefore, the duration of the training was extended from 10 to 15 days in order to incorporate a third training / consultancy session to draft an outline for standardizing and describing the policy process within MINJUST.
