Institutionalizing Research for Public Administration Innovation

The long term objective of this training is to build organizational and individual capacity in research aimed at innovation for improved performance in Burundi public administration.

For the short term the training will focus on following objectives on organizational level:

• Enhanced knowledge on instruments for institutionalizing research
• Start-up of institutionalizing research by having set-up a research policy, agenda, strategy, organization and plan for follow-up after the training
• Link the results of the training to the institutional environment/stakeholders by presenting the results of the individual/duo research projects.
