Individual and Organizational Research Capacity Development

The long term objective of this training is to build organizational and individual capacity at RIM in research for corporate and public sector governance and policy analysis, for entrepreneurship and innovation, and for culture, tradition and law.
For the short term the training will focus on following objectives on organizational level:

Enhanced knowledge on instruments for institutionalizing research

Start-up of institutionalizing research by having set-up a research policy, agenda, strategy, organization and plan for follow-up after the training

Link the results of the training to the institutional environment/stakeholders by presenting the results of the individual/duo research projects.
