Development of Latia Resource Centre and its Agricultural Training Program
The Project focuses on two outputs:
A strategy and the capacity to implement (supported through action research) engagement and networking with stakeholders to deliver and innovate LRC’s training programs and consultancy services, business planning, including an income-generation strategy, HR Policy, This will include an updated, integral 4-year realistic and sustainable strategic business plan for LRC for the period 2015 – 2019.
A suite of training courses (incl. the Agriculture Apprentice Program – AAP and a range of short courses and consultancy services) that are innovative, competence-based, gender sensitive, accredited and industry-recognized in the areas of horticulture, dairy and pig-farming, and supported by ICT and other improved facilities.
