Change Management

MSM trained 16 Senior Civil Servants of the Indonesian Court of Audit (BPKP) on Change Management. Lectures were provided by MSM and work visits have been conducted to the Rijks Academy of Finance in The Hague and to the Municipality of Maastricht. Both organizations presented the process of change of these government institutions went through over a number of years.

The custom made training on Change Management was designed for the Indonesian Court of Audit and was held in May 2014.
