Change and Risk Management for the Royal Thai Government

From November 2012 until April 2013, MSM performed a tailor-made training program on Change and Risk management for the Royal Thai Government. The capacity development program was designed as an interactive program for mid-to-senior level Government officials, covering two particular domains, Risk management within Government, including Scenario Planning as a tool for risk analysis and Management of Change within Government.

The scope of the program was to provide knowledge and skills in these areas, strengthening participants’ knowledge and skills for their roles in Government. The program participants, up to 20 in total number, were mid-to-senior level officials from Ministries, Departments and Agencies across the Thai Government.
