Anti-corruption Design, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning
KPK has the ambition to develop a knowledge base and organization that can strengthen understanding and stimulate behavioral change among a large group of Indonesian stakeholders on anti-corruption. KPK recently embarked on a prestigious process of building a training centre that is meant to develop over time in a university: the Anti-Corruption Learning Center (ACLC). To assist KPK achieving its goals, MSM is providing a comprehensive training and coaching program in the following areas:
- Strategic planning
- Educational management
- Educational marketing / client orientation
- Training for impact / adult teaching methodologies
- Knowledge management
The training program is foreseen to result in:
- A strategic and operational plan for ACLC, including KPIs
- An outline for a Knowledge and Learning Management System for ACLC
- A (draft) educational marketing plan for ACLC
- New and renewed contacts between KPK/ACLC and similar relevant institutions in the Netherlands
- Enhanced knowledge and skills of 20 participants on interactive, adult-learning teaching methods
- Enhanced knowledge and skills of 20 participants on blended learning
- Sharing staff personal experiences and mutual learning.
The training will run from 01 February 2019 until 31 January 2020
